Friday Night Dinner

This a buffet style dinner following the PGR Poster Reception.

Pesto pasta salad with parmesan shavings

Roasted Mediterranean vegetable couscous (pb)

Roasted beetroot and chickpea (pb)

Main Courses

Pork, mushroom and cider pie with mustard mash

Herb crusted cod with a caper and lemon butter sauce and new potatoes

Roasted Gnocchi, butternut squash, feta, pine nut & sage butter (pb)

Desserts

Glazed lemon tart with berry coulis

Dark chocolate and orange with orange coulis

Drinks Reception

You will be offered a glass of Prosecco or Eldeflower Presse

Tomato and Roasted Garlic Soup (VG) (GF)

Roast Mediterranean Vegetable Wellington with Roast Potatoes and a Tomato and Herb Suace (VG)
